Delivery/Shipping

Shipping costs will be calculated and added at the checkout stage of your order.

We work quickly to pack your items up and courier it out. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products and changing your delivery address. When we have fulfilled your order and shipping is arranged, you will receive a parcel tracking number by text or email. 

We use UPS, DPD, Hermes and Parcel Force for smaller items and a palletised service for the larger parts such as liners, hoppers and chutes and gearboxes.

UK Mainland Deliveries

When you order and choose standard shipping, we try and make sure your order is processed the same day. Our courier will pick up the very same day or next day and delivered the following day. You should get your mixer parts within 1-3 working days of placing your online order. 

International Orders

We are slowly starting to add international shipping to Europe and the rest of the world. If your country is not currently available, please send us an email and we will do our best to get your chosen destination and shipping rates added.
